50% of the seats including seats reserved for SC/ST and SEBC (Socially and Educationally Backward Classes) shall be through CAP (Centralized Allotment Process)
- Selection and admission will be made in accordance with the rules laid down by the Govt. and University.
- The selected candidates will have to attend the interview along with parents / guardian.
- At the time of interview the applicant should produce the Allotment Card / Interview Card and the following documents in original.
- a) Transfer Certificate
- b) Conduct Certificate
- c) Qualifying Certificate or Statement of Marks
- d) SSLC Book
- e) Community Certificate in the case of SC/ST, SEBC & OBC
- f) Four copies of recent passport size photograph with name & programmes on the reverse.
- On securing admission the pass certificate of the qualifying examination and other certificates are to be surrendered at the college. The students are therefore advised to keep with them attested copies of their SSLC Book and other certificates for their interim use. The certificates shall be returned to them only at the end of the programme.

Eligibility for Admission:
Who have passed the plus two or Equivalent examination recognized by M.G. University with Book-keeping and Accountancy and any two of the following subjects, viz., (1) Commerce (2) Commercial Correspondence and Commercial Geography (3) Economics (4) Life Insurance with salesmanship (5) Banking with Secretarial Practice (6) Business Studies (7) Mathematics (8) Computer Science (9) Informatics Practice & Management (10) Informatics Practice (11) Management 12) Accountancy as optional under Part III of the Examination. OR who have passed Plus Two or equivalent examination recognized by MG University with other subjects under part III optionals provided they have secured 45% of the aggregate.

Eligibility for Admission: Graduation in B.Com/BBA/BBM with not less than CCPA of 4.5 out of 10 in the core group(core+complimentary+open course)
Graduation in Commerce B.Com/BBA/BBM with not less than 45% marks in the part III (main/core+subsidiaries+complimentary)

The optionals concerned under part III will be Commerce, Commercial Correspondence and Commercial Geography, Accountancy, Book Keeping and Accountancy, Economics, Life Insurance and Salesmanship, Banking with Secretarial Practice, Business studies, Mathematics, Computer Science / Computer Application, Informatics Practice, Management, Informatics Practice & Management.

Marks obtained in Part III of +2/equivalent less handicap marks with 50% quota for Arts & Commerce groups and 50% quota for science group – plus weightage marks if any.
B.C.A.
Marks obtained in part III less handicap marks plus marks obtained for mathematics/computer science (best of two) plus bonus marks if any.
M.Com Finance & Taxation
CCPA secured for part III core courses is converted into percentage marks by multiplying the same by 10.The percentage of marks thus obtained is converted into marks out of 1000 by multiplying the same by 10.
